Our membrane material
machining base locates in Zone C of Daxing Industrial Area in Beijing.
The base covers an area of 5000 square meters.
Jointing Equipment :
The company has a set of PTFE and PVC membrane
structure automatic production line respectively. PTFE membrane
structure automatic production line consists of Swedish FIAB GANTRY
PT poly fluorine ethylene membrane jointing system, Siemens computer
control panel, 36M tread frame and working panel. The production
line is with a outcome of 100K squar meters. PVC line consists of
2 sets of Swedish FIAB 16000 PL high frequent joint machine (main
control computer is Siemens) and 32M work panel. The production
line power is 32KW, the two high frequent joint machines can sashay
automatically. According to jointing requirements with different
membrane material, operators can set up joint data through experiment,
and high frequent joint machines seal membrane material automatically.
The production line is with a capability of 200K square meters.
Grinding Equipment
Our company has a set
of membrane structure automatic production equipment --- automatic
grinding machine. The machine was made by French FERRARI in line
with FERRARI serious PVDF self learning membrane material. Comparing
with manual grinding, it possesses high speed, symmetrical grinding,
keep coat clean and without effects to other part, and no dust contamination.
Manual grinding is easy to cause dust and asymmetrical coat, therefore
affects the quality of membrane jointing. The grinding machine can
meet the output of four high frequent joint machines with an output
of 400,000m2 annually.
Membrane structure construction can meet the requirements of conventional
buildings, and has following advantages:
1. Reasonable price: the costs of airhouse are one third to half
of conventional buildings; the costs of tensional structure are
varying according to different spans and designs, whilst the cost
profit rate is better than conventional ones.
2. Short engineering period: the engineering period of membrane
structure construction is only half of conventional buildings. Generally,
projects can be finished within three months.
3. Large span: So far the biggest span of membrane structure construction
is over 200 m.
